Andrew Burachinsky is a Senior Director with Sitar Company, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in New Jersey.  Andrew joined the company in 2017.  In his role as a Senior Director, Mr. Burachinsky specializes in business development, industrial, office and retail transactions, representing both landlords and tenants.

Prior to joining Sitar Company, Andrew worked as an accountant for Prudential Real Estate Investors, Paladin Realty Partners, and State Street Corporation.  Mr. Burachinsky uses his knowledge and experience with accounting and finance to provide his clients with an edge in commercial real estate services.

Some of Andrew’s recent notable transactions include the sale of a seven property, 183,000 SF self-storage portfolio in Tacoma, Washington and the sale of Shetland Park, a 1.5 Million SF office, school, industrial and self-storage complex on 30 acres in Salem, Massachusetts.

Mr. Burachinsky is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Finance from Rutgers University and his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Centenary College.
