Gregg Nowell is Senior Director at Sitar Company, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in New Jersey. Since joining the Company in 1995, Mr. Nowell has successfully completed over 15 million square feet of office and industrial leases.

In his role as Senior Director, Mr. Nowell uses his sales and marketing background and strong work ethic to provide his clients with a competitive advantage in their commercial real estate transactions. In over three decades, he has established an excellent track record and maintained an impressive roster of clients and customers, including JDS Uniphase, Prudential Securities, Keebler/Kellogg Company, Borden Foods, Camp Dresser McKee, General Electric Co., Ryder Logistics, Metropolitan Life, Lichtwer Pharma, Savin Corp., Hitachi, Olivetti, Verizon Wireless, Meridian HC, Booz Allen & Hamilton, Sensor Technologies, Hampton Forge Corp, Simon Property Group, Northeast Remsco, MBI Partners, Dax Technologies and many others.

Prior to joining Sitar, Mr. Nowell held a sales and marketing position at Cushman & Wakefield of NJ, Inc.

Some of Mr. Nowell’s notable transactions include a 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse/office sale for XS Smith in Eatontown; a 40,000 sq. ft. office lease for Meridian Healthcare in Manalapan, New Jersey; a 245,000 sq. ft. sale of Olivetti’s headquarters and distribution facility on 50+ acres in Bridgewater, New Jersey; a 150,000 sq. ft. industrial lease for the Kellogg Company in Cranbury, New Jersey, and a 11,723 sq. ft. office lease for Royal Computer Information Products, Inc. in Bridgewater, New Jersey.

Mr. Nowell is a licensed New Jersey real estate broker/salesperson. As a graduate of the University of Delaware School of Business, he has attended numerous commercial real estate courses and seminars in New York City and New Jersey. Mr. Nowell is actively involved in his church and community.
