Ronald M. Schrader is Senior Vice President of Sitar Company, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in New Jersey. Since joining the Company in 1987, Mr. Schrader has successfully concluded over five million square feet of leasing and sales transactions while focusing on tenant representation services.

In his role as Senior Vice President, Mr. Schrader uses his extensive knowledge and local market experience to advise his clients on real estate issues such as negotiating early lease renewal/extensions taking advantage of the current market conditions, planning space requirements, identifying site alternatives, evaluating transaction structures and negotiating final documentation. Prior to joining Sitar Company, Mr. Schrader held management and transactional positions in the real estate departments of several major corporations, including AT&T and Chase Bank.

Mr. Schrader concluded one of the largest office lease transactions in New Jersey history, a 765,000 square foot office lease and a 200,000 square foot office lease for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. Other significant transactions include a 70,000 square foot office lease for Mercedes Benz, a 125,000 sq. ft. lease renewal for Engineered Arresting Systems, and a 20,000 square foot medical sale for the Orthopedic Institute of Central Jersey.

A licensed New Jersey real estate broker/salesperson, Mr. Schrader is a member of CoreNet Global. He plays an active role in the community, having served on the Board of Trustees for Meridian Hospitals Corporation and Meridian Ambulatory Care Corporation and now serving on the Board of Trustees for the Meridian Realty Corporation. Mr. Schrader was formerly a Trustee for the Medical Center of Ocean County and for the Spring Lake Bath & Tennis Club. He was also named a “Commercial Brokerage All-Star” by Real Estate New York magazine.

After two years of service in the U.S. Army as a military policeman, Mr. Schrader graduated from Rutgers University and attended Seton Hall University School of Law.
