Eric Pertgen is a Sales Associate with Sitar Realty Company, a full service commercial real estate firm based in Iselin, New Jersey. Eric joined Sitar Realty Company in 2019. Eric specializes in industrial, office, and retail transactions representing both tenants and landlords. He is dedicated to fully educating his clients so they may make the best possible decisions aligned with their business goals.
Prior to joining the company, Eric worked as a financial coach at C & A Financial, a sales associate for Blue Energy Renewable, and Managing Director for Atlantic City Theater Co. He has decades of experience in client service.
Mr. Pertgen holds an Associates in the Arts from Brookdale College and two bachelor’s degrees from Ramapo College — Literature and Theater Directing/Stage Management and Acting. When not directing or on the stage or screen, Eric helps local talent find their light by creating performance opportunities that benefit local non-profits and the community.
Eric is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate salesperson. He currently resides in Brick Township and has lived in the Monmouth/Ocean County area since 1998. This is why he is so focused on helping many local businesses find their home. Eric works hard to create and maintain lasting relationships with his clients to serve them for years to come.
