Jeniene Stango is a Broker/Salesperson with Sitar Realty Company, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in New Jersey. Ms. Stango joined the company in 2015.
With over 30 years of diverse residential transaction experience, helping first time buyers, downsizers, retirees, relocation clients, and second home investors, Ms. Stango has the knowledge to understand the various property transfer concerns in a successful property purchase and sale. Jeniene has experience in the sale of waterfront properties, life home sales into independent living and adult communities, and out-of-state relocations. She has worked with various FHA and VA programs and is certified SFR as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource. Jeniene helps her clients to better position themselves, make good decisions, negotiate wisely, and purchase with confidence.
As a multi-generational family business owner, who has an extensive background working in various business office management positions, Jeniene understands the many needs, goals, and challenges of businesses. She understands SBA Lending and has advised and represented various business owners regarding their workspace, found them ideal business locations, and negotiated for their ideal terms.
Ms. Stango has a B.A. degree in Labor and Employment Relations from Rutgers University and an A.A.S. in Marketing. She served as President of the Women’s Council of Realtors Monmouth Shore and Country Chapter 2007- 2008 and worked as Assistant Onsite Property Manager at Channel Club Towers, Monmouth Beach, New Jersey.
Jeniene is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Broker/Sales Associate and is member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors and the Monmouth Ocean Regional Realtors.
