John Cranley is a Director at Sitar Company, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in New Jersey. Mr. Cranley joined the company in 2014.
In his role as Director, Mr. Cranley represents owners, landlords and tenants and specializes in office, warehouse, retail, and land development transactions and provides his clients a competitive advantage in commercial real estate services.
John’s most recent notable transactions include representing CMC Food, Inc. in securing their new 104,000 SF of space in Elizabeth, relocating Griffin DeWatering to Kenilworth, the sale of a 23,000 SF flex building in Warren, and the sale of a 39,025 SF industrial building in Keyport.
Prior to joining Sitar, Mr. Cranley spent 25+ years working in finance, primarily in the Institutional equity trading department of Morgan Stanley, holding Series 7, 24, 55, 63 & 65 licenses.
Mr. Cranley is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson. He received his B.A. degree in American Studies from Middlebury College. Mr. Cranley resides in Summit, New Jersey, his home of over 20 years.
