Suzanne Crosby is a Director at Sitar Realty Company, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in New Jersey. Suzanne specializes in sales of real estate and operating businesses primarily in the hospitality (hotels, restaurants, banquet facilities and entertainment) and retail sectors. With over 20 years of experience working with institutional investors on real estate and private equity investments, Suzanne brings a wealth of investment experience and relationships to Sitar.
Prior to joining the Company in 2019, Ms. Crosby was a senior member of the capital raising team at Pretium Partners, a private REIT investing in single-family rental assets. Over the course of her career, including senior roles at Mercer Investment Consulting, Perella Weinberg Partners, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, Suzanne raised close to $2 billion in assets for a variety of investment strategies including complex multi-asset class strategies and real estate.
Ms. Crosby is a licensed New Jersey salesperson. She earned a Ph.D. in Economics from Northern Illinois University, where she was a specialist on U.S. – Canadian trade relations. In her early career, she was an assistant professor of Finance & Economics at Iona College in New Rochelle. Suzanne also holds the Series 7 license with the Finance Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
