Trista Ricciardelli joined Sitar Realty Company in 2007 and was promoted to Director in 2014. She provides more than two decades of knowledge and experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Sitar Realty Company, Trista worked for a highly reputable retail general contractor and has continued a long-standing relationship with the firm. This experience and knowledge have given her the ability to go above and beyond in the industry; and the experience to not only negotiate leases, but assist during the preliminary stages such as marketing, permitting, zoning, layouts, and budgets.
Mrs. Ricciardelli specializes in the commercial sector, representing both landlords and tenants. She is known for getting transactions done in a smooth and timely manner.
Mrs. Ricciardelli is a licensed New Jersey salesperson. She holds an Associate of Business degree from Brookdale Community College and Building Inspectors Certification from Brookdale, and a Project Management Certification from Wharton School of Business. Trista is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors, the South Monmouth Board of Realtors, Commercial Construction & Renovation People, NJ Self Storage Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
